It's amazing what you see when you look hard enough

Today was a golden day for people watching. Law school was a kaleidoscope of chi chi students and professionals and complex group dynamics but observing simpler targets around cloistered Lido proved equal fun.

Behind us a group of RGS students were chatting energetically over nose-high stacks of notes. One overheard phrase -- "this one is a bonus question!" -- perfectly reflected their study-only stereotype.

Just beside were sitting their antithesis: two nympho-looking IJ girls, sans schoolbags, were languriously muching lunch and enjoying stares all round. Part of their fan base: five ambling-by ACS (International) jocks, wrist casts and all.

A pair of ACJC babes stroll in. They know they're eye candy. Why, they even smile back.

But this one clinches it: two lower sec SCGS girls were celebrating their birthday with two SJI boys -- only thing, there wasn't much celebration. They were dressed for it -- birthday girl decked out in red earrings and hemmed mini-skirt and boys in their Nike trainers -- but were so shy that they talked exclusively among their own gendered groups! The SJI boy was curiously hiding his face behind his burger wrapper throughout. All signs pointed to a probable first-ever double date.

I'd give them a 1/10 but I was charmed by the double couple's virgin foray into the scene. Here they were, all of 14 years old, glammed up in their school uniforms, part of and being seen by the Who's Who of the secondary school world -- I never came close my first date was in JC!

Anyhow Google Earth Lookalikes is back! It's amazing what you can find if you look hard enough.
