What kinda lame-ass protest is this -- from the 'future leaders' of Singapore. Shit, is this as good as it gets? One banner and four speakers? Where's the band -- too much talk, no rockin' music? Everyone 'straight' at the protest? Not a single uni kid high?
And not a single cop in riot gear. WTF. If you want to rattle the authorities, you'll need to pump up the jam (pre-supposes you're already jammin'), to a point where the poe-leese do turn up in riot gear.
Then, you have a protest, instead of a wimped-out day out in the sun.

No, PAP not so stupid! They will be marked by the professors failing their courses. The reason would be they missed an "important lecture/lab test"
which carries 40% of total grade because they were mingling with SDP instead of going to the respective venues during that time.
So, BEWARE STUDENTS!!!

25)Wimps on October 7th, 2008 5.29 pm
I knew products from Singapore universities will only end up as wimps suitable only for civil service, grassroots, NTUC , GLCs, Temasek, PAP etc that why I chose to to overseas universities for a more complete education.
21st century already and Singapore universities still need to handhold their students on what to see, what to hear, what to read, what to say etc. hahah
First World Education ?? .Big Joke.
Who is right or wrong, universities can help decide for their students?
Nanny Universities produce Nanny Students who is led by a Nanny PM with a Nanny Cabinet.
All the more employers should look down on students from Singapore universities., cannot think out of the box and still stuck in their own world of the 60s to 90s hahah
